We source our Lions Mane from a local (CCOF) family farm in Northern California that has been producing California certified organic culinary mushrooms for over 25 years! We are very happy with their process and quality as we have sourced from several different farms to finally find a team that cares as much about quality as we do. Always check where your Lions Mane comes from and we suggest you get to know your farmer!
